Welcome to Equipped Football Academy. By enrolling in and participating in our football training programme, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
1. All participants must complete the registration form and submit full payment before attending any sessions.
2. Payment must be made via the approved methods listed on our website.
3. Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, as determined by us.
4. Any missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless canceled by us.
1. Participants must be prepared for training with the required equipment (boots, shin pads, P.E gear)
2. Respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants is expected at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme without a refund.
3. Participants (or parents/guardians for minors) acknowledge that football is a physically demanding sport and agree to participate at their own risk.
1. Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before attending training.
2. In the event of injury, our staff will provide first aid and, if necessary, contact emergency services.
3. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during training but will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment.
1. We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or venue availability.
2. If a session is canceled by us, there will be a refund.
3. We reserve the right to change programme details, including schedules, venues, and coaching staff, with reasonable notice.
1. By participating in our programme, participants (or parents/guardians) agree that we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during training.
2. Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our coaches.
1. We may take photos and videos during sessions for promotional purposes.
2. If you do not consent to media use, please inform us in writing before the first session.
1. Participants must follow the code of conduct set out by the programme.
2. Any form of bullying, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for programme administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
